Communion

Join me for a  6-week online learning experience exploring your nervous system through  education, partnership, movement, symbolism and art.  Moving into a conscious relationship with our nervous system is a powerful step towards understanding our response to the world and other beings. This workshop is experiential. Participation is always voluntary, but encouraged to receive the full benefit of the workshop.

WORKSHOP DATES:

• Week 1 Arriving: Orienting, Resourcing, Attunement

• Week 2 Activation: Fight, Flight, Fawn and Freeze

• Week 3 Immobilize: Dissociation and Collapse (and perhaps Freeze)

• Week 4 Regulation: Towards Compassion and Connection

• Week 5 Play: Cultivating Curiosity

• Week 6 Healing Trauma: Embodying the Nervous System

***Live Sessions will be via Zoom. If you cannot tune in live, a recording will be made available within 48 hours.***

COURSE WORK: Some weeks you may receive additional content (articles, essays or videos) that will help support the learning process. I will also give ample resources for additional learning.

MATERIALS NEEDED: Paper to Draw On and Drawing Utensils (I recommend Crayons, Markers, Pastels or Chalk).
